What is your warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty on all machines from the date of shipment. During this period, we supply free replacement parts for any manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are also available upon request.
Do you offer installation service overseas?
Yes! We send experienced engineers to your site for installation, commissioning and operator training. The buyer covers round-trip air tickets, local accommodation, and a daily service fee. Typical installation takes 5-15 days depending on line complexity.
How long is the delivery lead time?
For standard models (QT series automatic, semi-automatic, mobile, and manual machines), delivery is typically 15-30 working days after deposit receipt. Custom or large-scale full-automatic production lines may require 35-45 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): typically 30% deposit by T/T, 70% paid before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Other terms can be discussed for repeat customers with established credit.
Can I get spare parts easily after purchase?
Absolutely. We stock all standard spare parts — hydraulic valves (Yuken, Calyca), Siemens/Schneider electrical components, motors, seals, and molds. Most parts ship within 7 days. We also provide a recommended spare parts list with each machine so you can keep critical items in stock.
Do you help with factory layout design?
Yes, we provide free workshop layout planning based on your land size, power capacity, water supply, and target output. Our engineers will design an optimized floor plan covering batching area, mixing zone, molding station, curing space, and stacking area.
Can the machines produce different block sizes?
Yes! By simply changing the mold, one machine can produce various products: hollow blocks, solid bricks, pavers, interlocking bricks, curb stones and more. We offer over 80 standard mold specifications and can customize molds to your exact dimensions (see our Block Sample Catalog).
What certifications do your machines have?
