In April of 2024, Mr. Dero sent Raytone Machinery an inquiry about the automatic block machine, then we got in touch with him and send the professional quotation sheet of the QT4-18 automatic block machine plant, After receiving our professional quotation sheet, he compared several companies and was impressed by Raytone Machinery’s professionalism.,But for further confirmation, Mr. Dero asked his friend, Mr. Soul, who resides in China, to visit two block machine factories before confirm the purchase order, after his visit, Mr. Soul strongly recommended us to Mr. Dero, leading him to finalize the purchase with Raytone.

In the first week of May, Mr. Dero released the first payment to RAYTONE after we provided him with the proforma invoice. We then proceeded with the block machine manufacturing, which is scheduled to be completed in approximately 20 days. The final steps before delivery will be painting and testing. However, the shipping cost to West Africa is rising rapidly, with prices now almost double those in April. Mr. Dero has decided to wait to see if the shipping cost can be reduced.
In around 2 months time, the shipping cost started to decrease.Now it is August, and Mr. Dero also came to China to inspect his machines before delivery. We tested all of his block molds for three days. We tested his different sizes of hollow block molds, paver brick molds, and Horudis block molds. He also learned how to operate the block machine. The three-day period was both productive and enjoyable.
